CFX Crypto Exchange’s Holding Company, PT Indokripto Koin Semesta, Announces IPO

PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk, the parent company of the Futures Exchange and Crypto Asset Exchange CFX, is preparing to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) by offering 2.2 billion shares to the public. The company will trade under the stock code COIN. This prospective issuer operates in the financial sector and engages in holding company activities, including managing a Futures and Crypto Asset Exchange and providing crypto asset custodian services through its subsidiaries. According to the official e-IPO website, the number of shares offered in the IPO by PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk will reach 2,205,882,400 shares, representing 15% of the total listed shares. The company has appointed PT Ciptadana Sekuritas as the underwriter for this IPO.
